Innsbrook Makeover

Our Innsbrook client came to us with large scale erosion issues on their lake shoreline and around their home. The yard was not as functional as they wanted and there were dangerous holes and soft areas through the yard near the lake. Missouri Boulder installed a stunning boulder Sea wall along the shoreline which resolved their erosion issues. A patio, stone steps down into the lake and a mooring area for boats were added. The yard was graded and leveled for safety and functionality. Stone steps were added from the parking area down toward the lake. A wall was installed under the house to create an outdoor living area. Boulder walls were installed around the driveway to redirect water that had caused extensive damage to the house piers.

After Missouri Boulder corrected the drainage issue, new house piers were installed. Additional drainage issues were resolved by extending the downspout gutter drains to the lake. We gave our Innsbrook client beautiful solutions to resolve their drainage, grading and erosion issues and the result was stunning!
