Terre Du Lac Renovation

This property in Terre Du Lac had rotten railroad ties, an unusable sloping back yard and drainage issues. Missouri Boulder replaced the rotting railroad ties with attractive boulder walls to stabilize the hillside. In the back yard, Missouri Boulder installed terraced boulder walls which not only added a lot of aesthetic value to the yard but also created a lot of usable space for the client. The back yard now boasts two patios with one in the terrace. Missouri Boulder also created an earthen ramp from the house down to the lake for golf carts or people who have trouble walking stairs. To resolve drainage issues, all the downspouts were extended beyond the work area into the lake.
